My name is Mai. I am a student at Thang Long School. It is in the country. Every morning, I get up at five o’clock. I take a shower, have breakfast and go to school at 6.30. I have classes from 7.00 to 11.15. At 12.00 I have lunch at school. In the afternoon, I do the housework and play volleyball. In the evening, I watch television or listen to music and do my homework. I go to bed at 10.30.

Last weekend, Mai and her friends had a great time. They went to a friend's house to celebrate his birthday. First, they sang songs and danced together. Mai is a good dancer, so everyone enjoyed watching her dance. After that, they helped to do the housework, like cleaning up after the party. Later, they all decided to attend a concert in the city. At the concert, they saw beautiful performances, including a traditional dance where the dancers wore Vietnamese costumes. Mai also saw a lovely watercolor painting that reminded her of Vietnamese culture. It was a wonderful day full of fun and celebration.
