Habitat Earth: Our Mission and Methods
⮚ The first campaign ___(1)___ stopping people from building things anywhere they like. For the past ten years, we have protested in ___(2)___ areas to help people become more aware of the damage that building projects are doing to their local environment and wildlife. This encourages local governments to pass laws to stop ___(3)___ projects. If we continue to do this, we can greatly reduce the damage to natural habitats.
⮚ The next campaign is about rescuing animals. A large ___(4)___ of animals that lose their habitats to urban ___(5)___ often move into cities and cause problems for people and themselves. Our volunteers rescue them and reintroduce to their natural environments. ___(6)___ this work continues, these animals will not be hurt or killed.
